A part of the Angel Wings development, Phase C is positioned along one of the principle arteries that lead to the city center and is ideally positioned to fulfill retail & commercial functions. Phase C creates the principle street façade of the project on two sides and therefore reflects a transition point between the surrounding buildings and the internal areas of Angel Wings Development. Due to the depth of this plot, we have designed an internal courtyard or garden which offers a more secluded aspect yet can also serves as a point of entry to several of the retail & office buildings. All the buildings that form Phase C follow a similar logic and respond to their particular orientation and positioning. As in the case of the entire project, its size required the development of a variety of visual characteristics that would break up the mass and improve orientation and a sense of diversity that we consider important within an urban context.
