This project is an extension of the etching center and an additional step in the realization of an overall plan for the expansion of Cabri’s cultural focus and heritage. Together with the museum of Yahiel Shemi, which is positioned to the south of the Museum Gallery and the etching center, the entire southern ridge of the kibbutz will be dedicated to the Arts. The principle concerns in the designing of the Museum Gallery were its integration within the landscape and the blurring between constructed and natural landscape. There is continued focus upon the use of natural light and the articulation of iconic constructed forms within the landscape.
