DUNA BAY URBAN DEVELOPMENT

A 200,000 sqm urban regeneration on the fringes of Budapest, comprised of 1700 apartments, 40,000 sqm of offices and limited commercial space. The guiding principles of the design were to underline the connection between the development and the river, offering maximum views of the Danube and of Pest which is located on the other side of the riverbank. The project was finally sold but is currently being developed by local architects upon the basis of our urban scheme.
