One of the most spectacular locations on the Mediterranean coat, Santa Giulia is an extremely popular tourist destination. Developed originally by the Club Med resort group, the site had been abandoned by the group, leaving the landowner to continue running the hotel and bungalows in a haphazard fashion. Approached by a purchasing group, we were commissioned to develop a luxury hotel and master plan for the area. Ultimately, the site was sold to an alternative group of investors.
